I am looking for someone who may need help in their garden

So I’ve been real interested in gardening and recycling. I have the recycling part down, (well somewhat LOL) I just want to learn how to do basic gardening because my goal is to live off grid someday. If anyone would need an extra hand I would love to help free of charge as long as I can learn something.
