Don’t hate me – Relocation Question – Kingwood Neighborhood?

The kingwood neighborhood looks nice on paper. I'm relocating from out of state. 2 Kids elementary school aged. Looking for good schools and reasonable (less than 45 minute) drive time to the airport.
