Need an attorney to get security deposit

I have a problem getting the security deposit back from the previous property manager even though I have moved out 2 months ago. When I talked to my realtor, he also said they have not sent him his commission on my lease even after a year. The realtor has her own Property Management company so they do both.

I tried to contact them via email, phone but it was just dead silence. Calls got sent to voice mail. I guess this is their pattern of behavior and I would need to lawyer up. If you know of any attorney in the area that do this type of lawsuit, please send it my way.

The company I am talking about is Peek Realty, and the realtor is Cyndie Peek. Is it possible or worthwhile to report her to some sort of realtor association or something? BBB?
