Visitor’s first time in America- need to recommendations to show her the classics: Buffalo Wings, Reubens/Sandwiches, Burgers/Fries/Onion Rings, Kolaches, Pizza, plus more. Please help!

Reddit has always proven to be more reliable than Trip Advisor and most certainly Yelp and the search results look a bit dated, so I turn to y'all.

Have a first timer here and I'm looking for recommendations for the best spots for the food listed. Bonus points if any are near the Menil, Butterfly Exhibit, Waterwall, or any other parks/touristy things.

Also, where she is coming from doesn't really have a lot of access to good Thai, Indian, or gyros/shawarma so any recommendations for those would be welcome as well!
