Gov. Abbott declares state of disaster; San Antonio gets Texas’ first drive-through testing for coronavirus

Gov. Greg Abbott has declared a state of disaster for Texas over the coronavirus pandemic, and the city of San Antonio plans to open Texas’ first drive-through testing center.

This testing site will be for first responders and will be in San Antonio’s medical center, Mayor Ron Nirenberg told the San Antonio Business Journal.
