has anyone leased an apartment from Lincoln Property Management?

Has anyone leased on line through the Lincoln property management web site? It seems that they offer apartments on their site for a move in date that they can not honor or have no intention of honoring. For example, you can see a one bedroom for March 1st on the site, but once it is leased the make ready date will not actually be the first, it will be over a week later. That seems weird to me. Has anyone had any experience with Lincoln property management?
