Multiple businesses damaged in Old Town Spring after Feb. 20 fire

According to Effie and Brad Stees—owners of both Envy Wine Room and Prohibition Texas on Preston Avenue in Spring—each of the adjacent businesses sustained damage after a light fixture malfunction at Envy Wine Room sparked a fire at about 10:30 p.m. Feb. 20.
