Prom dress stores in the size 12-16 range

Hey everyone, it’s prom season and my little sister is on the hunt for a dress! We’ve ran into a problem finding dresses in her size range as most stores carry 00 through 8.

She’s checked out couture house and muzzies already with no luck. Any help is appreciated!
