Westin Hotel City Center

I would not recommend for anyone to park their cars/trucks at this hotel’s paid parking garage. Last night at least two pickup trucks got vandalized/broken into by one single guy (police was able to get plate from surveillance cameras). The hotel’s garage security guard nonchalantly explained “oh yeah, these things happen quite a bit here”. Apparently, anyone can get in and out, no barriers, no way to stop non-hotel guests from entering the garage. $2,000 of damage on our truck. The other damage was inflicted on a truck whose owner (non Houston resident) just had surgery at Memorial Hermann and wanted to have a good night sleep before heading back home today.
