New gas service HELP

I’ve been trying to get new account/service with Center Point Energy set up for an apartment I’m moving into TODAY. I can’t move in until all my utilities are set up. Their website simply won’t allow me to set up a new account. Asks to call. Calling Center Point for days, nobody answers. Anyone has any suggestions? This is the ONLY gas company I can use?!
