(Katy Area) Recommendations for good home nursing and maid services?

My Dad takes care of my elderly Mom who is suffering from dementia, and I can tell he’s stressed. Trying to help him out by hiring a home care nurse who can visit a couple times a week to watch over mom, and also a maid service to come once a week to clean the house, do laundry, etc…

I’ve googled some services already, but was curious if anyone had first hand experience with a good nurse or maid they’d recommend?
