Will the Texans be forced to hire Flores to avoid answering under oath how they came to the decision to hire a person with no NFL coaching experience over a candidate that has experience as a successful head coach?

This seems like it would be disastrous for the Texans to have Caserio and the owner attempt to justify how McCown was hired over Flores. I could see the NFL essentially forcing the Texans’ hand to avoid a huge public relations disaster, and more importantly, a legal one in Flores’s lawsuit.

To see McNair and Caserio on the stand would hilariously terrible for the NFL. I can’t imagine the NFL wants this to happen.
