No Gi BJJ/Muay Thai/MMA gym recommendations/costs

Looking for recommendations of No Gi BJJ/Muay Thai/MMA gyms within ~20 minutes of the midtown area. Have some experience just looking to get back into it after a few years.

I took a trial class at Revolution EaDo recently and it was great, but they’re offering 175/month for a 6 month contract just for grappling, and 250/month for grappling and standup which seems kind of steep. Or is that the general going rate nowadays? I’ve tried calling around but nobody seems willing to discuss price over the phone prior to me coming in for a trial class. Any info on pricing along with gym recommendations would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
