Looking for a good piercer in Houston, not worried about pricing too much, just quality.

So I’ve had my nose pierced multiple times (some myself, and some by others) but I have a feeling that it hasn’t been done correctly.

I always seem to get piercing bumps (which I thought might be keytoids). I just want a good nose piercing and hopefully a ring after a few months. I’m also considering another septum, but only with a good professional.
