Unrealistic hypothetical situation- what would Brady do with the Texans?

I know this is totally unrealistic, but given the news over the weekend, it had me thinking what does The brady effect really do for teams outside of the Patriots or the Buccaneers? I know he elevates players to play above their skill set, he also does a good job of getting veterans to play like their outbreak rookie seasons. But say in this scenario, we hand someone like Kevin O’Connell as the head coach, Pep Hamilton as the OC, and lovey Smith as the defensive coordinator, put all the talent on the team is the exact same, how many wins would you expect them to get with Tom Brady at the helm? Don’t get me wrong, I still think he is the GOAT, I’m just wondering what kind of impact you think he would have on a train wreck team like the Texans.
