Does anybody know where this is? Old home video spot

Found old home video of grandfather trip to Houston. Could anyone help me identify where this building is? It’s apparently a large building in Houston with the elevator shaft (pic) and lobby. Would be cool to visit 30 years later if it’s still around. Thanks!
