Houston-based Star Cinema Grill expands with former iPic locations

Star Cinema Grill had lined up a deal to be acquired just days before Harris County’s “Stay Home, Work Safe” order went into effect in March 2020. That deal was canceled shortly thereafter, and the company has found ways to rebound from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
