Visiting In March for the Rodeo, what else is a must see?!

I’ll be visiting in March for 6 days and I’ll be hitting the rodeo for sure. I’ve looked at the sidebar and the list is pretty dated but it gave me an idea of some things to do.

I was just wondering what are some absolute must do and must see things? And more importantly, what are some must eat at places?!
