Looking to speak to those affected by Ike, Harvey, and other storms.

Hey everyone! I'm José and I'm a Houston native and a journalism student at The University of Texas at Austin. I previously posted this in the Galveston subreddit, but I want to hear from Houstonians now.

For my thesis, I'm making a documentary film about what the future of the Houston-Galveston area holds in the midst of more powerful hurricanes due to human influenced climate change. I'll be exploring the science behind hurricanes, the city and county's evacuation plans, the measures being taken to protect the region, and more.

I'm looking to speak to and interview individuals/families/business owners who were impacted by previous hurricanes. Y'alls stories are important and I want to make sure that I don't just focus on the science and policy, but also the people!
