Fondren and Braeswood just north of Brays Bayou.

Northwest corner of Fondren and Braeswood. Anyone know what is going there? Used to be an apartment complex, they razed it and now it’s just a big green space with nice mature trees. I’d love for it to be a park connecting to the bayou but I can’t find anything on that spot
