Shell puts 2 U.S. refineries up for sale

A U.S. subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell PLC (NYSE: RDS-A, RDS-B), which has its U.S. headquarters in Houston, is marketing two of its refineries, the Netherlands-based company announced March 5.

The refineries are in Mobile, Alabama, and in the Puget Sound area near Anacortes, Washington. Reuters reported in January that Shell was looking to sell the Puget Sound refinery.
