Fastest PCR testing around Stafford or Houston without insurance?

I know there is a mega thread for this, But I needed updated information.

I have family traveling international and will not be allowed to board the plane without an RT- PCR test result.

Flight is tomorrow afternoon, so need the results by noon

1. I have tested and given samples at 2 different locations of curative. One has sample received at lab status since yesterday 4.30 pm. Is there a realistic possibility I will receive the results today or tomorrow morning?

2. Is there another location that I can go to for faster PCR results (note: rapid antigen tests won't work, has to be a PCR test)

3. I am hoping to get a rapid/expedited test for tomorrow, if you know where I might be able to get this tomorrow morning (Saturday morning) please le me know.

This is stressful, especially since most of the people on the mega thread report delays and test results showing up more than 60+ hours after testing. What are the chances I receive the results by today?
