Is there a map available to show where deed restricted communities are within Houston city limits?

I'm just digging and doing a little research. Despite having no zoning laws, it seems like more of Houston than not falls under a deed restriction. I'm always interested in city planning, and I'm curious to see and know what parts of Houston are actually free for all. Couldn't really find anything – just a lot of pieces and specific neighborhoods' deeds and what not. I would think someone had mapped this out prior.
