Looking for low-stress, low-pay gig for a senior relative in Houston.

I used to be a resident of Houston but spent a 7 year stint on the east coast for career reasons. I'm back in Houston now but I fear I no longer have the pulse of the city at my fingertips. I am looking to find a job for a relative of mine who just immigrated in and is in need of some kind of income. She is 63 and cannot perform any high-stress, fast paced tasks for long durations at a time. She does not have a driver's license due to deteriorating vision in one eye. She does have other documentation though. She used to be an elementary school teacher and is comfortable working with toddlers. I promised to help if I could so I thought I'd put out feelers here.
