Is there a way to find out honorary citizens / friends of the city or similar online?

Hello r/houston,

greetings all the way from Croatia, Europe! Im writing here in hopes of getting some help in finding something lost!

Last year we had some pretty bad earthquakes and my grandparents house was damaged and part completely destroyed. What was destroyed was some of memorabilia, family pictures and similar. One of the things was a certificate (or something like that) and a gift my grandfather received from the city of Houston as an honorary citizen back in 60s/70s. Id like to find out what exactly it was and hopefully get a copy of it or something to gift my mom because she was pretty sad when she realized it was destroyed. Problem is I dont know exactly it was, I checked website of Mayor office and I see there are different things (certificates, Letters etc). Is there like an online database or something I can search through, or any contact I can send an email for more information locally?
