SoDo on Main Apartments (Skyhouse)

Anyone currently live at these in downtown? They have recently changed management and the reviews I am seeing online are mixed. I am currently looking for an apartment downtown and these are right in my budget and look super nice. Was really curious as to how they are currently handling restrictions on amenities due to covid because some of the reviews from earlier last year are saying mose amenities are closed. This would be a game changer. Any other insight would be appreciated!
