Is there a doctor in the house?

Recently I've had a few parents of kids with special needs, Autism spectrum, asking me if I know of any doctor that is able to do a "sports exam" for their child to be able to participate in Special Olympics.

The only pediatrician/doctor I know works in Canada.

I'm wondering if it's been difficult for parents to get an appointment, they only have until January 13th to have the exam completed, and they just found out a month ago it needed to be done.

Does anyone know of a doctor who may be able to do sports exam for kids with Autism?
