Undiagnosed ADHD

I’m pretty sure I have some level of undiagnosed ADHD since always. I’ve talked to my primary doctor about this and she did a semi-evaluation on me and said I may have it but nothing happened, no treatment or follow-up. I know. I need to change her but that’s another story. I just would like know if I need to see a specialist or what the steps are to get diagnosis. I tried some website called Done, but it’s kinda expensive and they don’t accept insurance. I’m insured and would like go that route to save money. Where do I go to get a evaluated for ADHD? In my 30s
