Looking for Autism day programs in Houston

I have a 17 year old daughter who is autistic (late-diagnosed) and currently in an IOP. I am looking for day programs in Houston that might offer group therapy and/or socialization, for once the IOP finishes, while she continues to get better and grow skills. I am not looking for private schools – my family is not in a position to do that and I am hoping to return her to the school she left (she will lose her spot if she enrolls elsewhere). Any thoughts?
