Anyone know a company that can help me clear out my small apartment?

I have two couches and two mattresses to toss but due to a car accident I cannot physically carry anything heavier then 5lbs ( it’s hard to hold my 14lb dog so imagine a couch )

Does anyone know of any charity companies or any company that can toss those 4 items for me or wants them despite the bad conditions? The couches are just dirty and have animal pee bcz of a dog that we use to have ( good boy but I didn’t know how to train him and was knee deep in depression ) and the two mattress aren’t in bad condition just have dents which I’m sure can be fixed, power washed and resold. I’d happily pay if it’s not over $300.

I live w/my Husband but he was shot 4 times and can barely walk. Please if anyone knows where or how I can get rid of these let me know. The clutter is making me more depressed then usual, I just want my living room and porch back 🙁
