Depression and Self Neglect Help

Hi (20f) I suffer from depression that I can’t talk to anyone about because I have no friends here and I also have no females in my life that I am comfortable talking to. I prefer not going to therapy since I no longer have a job and no one i’m around is aware of my situation. I know this may seem childish but I would like help with self neglect and other issues if anyone would be able to talk (specifically female please) I would really appreciate it.
