Chill bars or things to do New Years Eve night?

My wife and I are visiting Houston for the New Year's weekend and are looking for something to do New Year's Eve night. Not really into the crazy club scene and are hoping to keep ticket prices to something manageable. Is there anywhere in Houston that has like live music and fireworks like at a city park or something? I know Covid has made some of that hard to come by. Any suggestions are appreciated!
