Flowers on the corner

Anyone notice a dramatic increase in people peddling flowers on corners of busy intersections with the last 2-3 months? Are these people really selling that many bouquets? There’s one intersection near my neighborhood – and I swear – the lady selling always has the same amount of bouquets no matter the time of day. And she’s out there until 10pm on weeknights. I never see anyone buying from them.

Are these people being trafficked? Is this forced labor or something? I feel bad for them being out there that late.

Just curious if anyone noticed the same thing.
