NYE downtown

It's kinda last minute but I'm looking if anyone has any insights on a place to go for NYE. My gf, her friend, and I are wanting to go out and I'm wondering if anyone has insights on where to go. Preferably not a club and have no problem spending a decent amount of worth it.
