Rock singing coach suggestions?

Hello lovely Houstonians! I'm looking for a good rock singing coach for my stepdad. He's an amazing drummer but has an untapped potential for singing. I wanted to hook him up with some lessons this year as a gift. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!
