Offseason moves for 2022

So…this is a lost season and we are already in the 2022 offseason in 2021, sad hours. So, let's start with the checklist: Coaching Trades/Cuts FA Aquisitions/Resign players Draft

Let's start with David Culley. Personally he isn't the best coach for us, the "culture" is still toxic, no one is willing to play for their coach like Dan Campbell, they are playing to get a bigger paycheck. Culley can't coach, Tim Kelly isn't the best OC because he is putting Tyrod and Davis into a limited playbook that coat us games or points at least. Lovie is a decent DC but that Tampa 2 is so easily exploited by most of the NFL, they can tell what we are throwing at them and we get burnt. These three are responsible for us being a bad offensive unit stalling on the steering wheel while our defense just gives up runs mostly and big plays. This coaching let's us get shutout twice and get blown out in some games, this needs to change. I want Culley, TK, and Lovie gone. No if's, and's or but's, this coaching sucks dick.
