Fertitta Entertainment to pay up to $33M to cancel deal with blank-check co.

Previously, Fertitta Entertainment said Dec. 1 that it elected to terminate the deal, but Fast Acquisition responded by saying the Houston company did not have the right to do so. Now, the companies have reached a settlement.
