Who should be the Texan’s first pick?

I’ve been seeing a lot of mock drafts showing the Texans choosing a QB at #3, and was wondering if the majority of this subreddit agreed with that.

Personally, my strategy for team building would be to improve at every position except QB. Once the team can go around .400 with a subpar QB, then that’s the time to go get a QB in the draft on a rookie deal.

I’d be fine with Davis Mills starting until the the other positions improve. I don’t see a point in playing to win games unless the team has playoff or championship potential.
