I know we suck right now, but I thought it may make people feel better to know that we’re in better shape than the Seahawks. LET ME EXPLAIN!

The Seahawks sent two first-round picks (2021, 2022), a third-round pick (2021) and safety Bradley McDougald to the Jets in exchange for safety Jamal Adams and a 2022 fourth-round pick.

The would have had the 4th overall pick and now they have a 1% chance of making the playoffs.

They are currently 3-8 and have no first round picks for this upcoming draft and Adams is the highest paid Safety who has been underperforming ever since he’s been with the Seahawks.

I know we suck right now, but at least we have a chance of drafting well. Let’s take a look at Caserio’s picks (and I know this sub hates Mills but this is from McClain a known Mills hater.)

The Texans had five picks — quarterback Davis Mills (third round), receiver Nico Collins (third), tight end Brevin Jordan (fifth), linebacker Garret Wallow (fifth) and defensive tackle Roy Lopez (sixth).

Mills: Mills has completed 140 of 209 passes (67 percent) for 1,357 yards and seven touchdowns. He has thrown eight interceptions, averaged 6.5 yards per attempt and posted an 80.2 rating. Among rookie quarterbacks with multiple starts, Mills’ rating is second to New England’s Mac Jones.

Collins: Collins has played in eight games, including three starts. He has 18 catches for 228 yards (12.7 average).

Jordan: Jordan is coming on strong. After being inactive for the first seven games, he has played in four, including two starts. He has nine catches for 80 yards (8.9) and two touchdowns.

Lopez: Lopez, whose primary job is to tie up blockers, has 19 tackles (two for loss), one sack, one fumble recovery and two quarterback knockdowns. With six games left, he’s assured of having more tackles than any rookie defensive tackle in team history if he stays healthy.

So we’re in a better shape than the Seahawks! Just thought I’d throw that out there.
