Anyone ever have a package “delivered” by LSO Shipping?

Hello Houstonians. I ordered a product from Nike about 2 weeks ago and it’s apparently being handled by LSO Shipping. I had never heard of this company before and did a little research via Google.

They have a facility in Houston. They have 1 Star on Google, a lot of the reviews seem to be from Houston, and apparently they have a reputation for “losing” and stealing packages. I tried to get a refund from Nike, but naturally I need the product before I can get a refund so looks like I’m in a pickle.

Anyone ever experience having items handled by this company?
