Thoughts on Anthony Weaver as DC and Tim Kelly as OC and playcaller

Wondering if anybody else might have more insight on these guys because to me they’re both unknown quantities. Weaver might be a genius but he’s gonna need a better pass rush and cornerback play. I’m glad OB chose to give play calling to Tim Kelly and think even if there’s a learning curve with Kelly then it’s still gonna be better to have a stand alone OC calling plays than O’Brien juggling play calling and all the other responsibilities he had last year(I think this really held the team back) Fan confidence in this coaching staff and the whole organization has been low but OB’s more entrenched with more power than ever so we’ll just have to hope for the best.
