What’s the best thing about Houston?

Recently started online dating and I matched with a girl from out of town. She asked me the question above and my mind went blank. I have no answer to this and it disappointed me. I've lived all my life in Houston and didn't know how to answer.

Anyways, what's the best thing about Houston to you? Where would you recommend a first-time visitor go and do? I've never seen Houston through the eyes and mind of a tourist.
