Hoping we can keep our standing with the 2nd overall pick . Any of Kayvon / Hutchinson / Hamilton would greatly benefit this team

I know folks aren’t in love with taking a safety high but Kyle Hamilton is a stud and may change that . He’s got range, speed and the smarts ( Notre Dame / Well coached). He can cover Tight Ends / Wr and would be an immediate upgrade to our secondary. Every great Houston Defense had competent safety play ( Andre Hal, Danieal Manning ,Glover Quin, Bernard Pollard)

As for Hutchinson, he screams JJ Watt junior , Michigan pedigree with a high floor and intense work ethic. He would thrive on the other side of Greenard and become an instant threat on this defense with Roy Lopez, Blacklock, Jacob Martin and Maliek Collins. If he’s there at 2 you have a solid pass rush for years to come in the AFC South.

Kayvon tbh I’m not in love with don’t think he’s much different from Jacob Martin in terms of run defense, in addition to being a bit light for the position. High chance he tests well at the combine and someone falls in loves with him.
