Electric company

Anyone familiar with Energy Texas? I am relocating to Houston from PA and am overwhelmed from all the electric providers/options. Per powertochoose.org my cheapest option would be Energy Texas but there are no reviews. I will be living in a 2bd in a small complex, doubt I will use 1000 kWh.

Energy Texas 11.8 for 500, 10.9 for 1,000 Gexa- 12.5/500 12/1000 Amigo- 12.9 regardless of amount Frontier- 13.5
