Lining up for concert at House of blues?

I've been to the house of blues but it's been at least ten years. I remember lining up a few hours before doors and being under a sheltered area. Is this accurate? What's the situation like if you wanna line up early for shows there? Their website says nothing about how early before doors you can start lining up.
