Why are you voting in the primary?

I’m doing a project for grad school about politics. I haven’t narrowed down my focus yet, so I’m trying to just gather some initial info.

If anyone wants to share why they are voting in the primary election that would be awesome. If you want to say who you’re voting for and why that would be an added bonus.

I don’t have any agenda and I’m not for or against any specific candidate yet. I attended the Bernie rally today to learn. I’m attending some Republican events and Democratic events in the next few weeks. I’m all ears!
