W Alabama closed at Hazard (between Shepherd and Montrose) with heavy police presence

No info on HPD or local news Twitters but the helicopter's been circling for nearly an hour and various streets leading to the intersection are being blocked off by cruisers. Also HFD is getting on the roof?
