Hospitality, culinary veterans to open boutique hotel on Galveston Seawall

The recently closed Pearl Inn will be turned into Hotel Lucine. A group of hospitality veterans is spearheading the project, which includes a rooftop bar and a restaurant led by a pair of Houston culinary powerhouses.
