Houston restaurant group closes Heights-area pizza shop
Pi Pizza, one of three restaurant concepts acquired by Sambrooks Management Co. in 2018, closed Feb. 21.
The restaurant at 181 Heights Blvd. was sold by Cherry Pie Hospitality to Sambrooks Management Company along with what was then Star Fish and Lee’s Fried Chicken and Donuts in 2018. Sambrooks proceeded to convert Star Fish into 1751 Sea and Bar and Lee’s into Sam’s Fried Chicken & Donuts.
