Evening volunteer opportunities?

I'm trying to give back a bit and have been looking for evening volunteer opportunities after work (6 pm or later). I have done the Houston Food Bank but would like to expand a bit.

Any ideas?

I've already looked into sites like volunteerhouston.org and others. I appreciate any guidance.
